Pasta Fettuccine with Artichoke

Recipe: Heat the butter and the olive oil in a large frying pan, and saute the garlic and onion for 4-5 minutes. Slice the Italian sausage to 1/2 inch slices and add it with the artichokes to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes. Pour in the cooking cream and tomato sauce and reduce the sauce slightly. Incorporate the Crotonese cheese in the sauce and season to taste. Boil the fettuccine according to the package instruction, strain them and toss them with the blush sauce. This recipe serves 4. |
