Italian Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:

6 large potatoes,
3 Tbsp. olive oil,
2 oz. butter,
1 tsp. paprika,
1 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. onion powder,
1 tsp. dried basil,
1 tsp. dried oregano,
1 sprig rosemary, chopped,
salt and pepper to taste.


Recipe: Wash and cut each potato to 8 wedges without peeling them. Put the potato wedges in a mixing bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Toss well to mix the potatoes with the seasoning and oil. Cover a baking tray large enough to hold the potatoes in one layer, with parchment paper and arrange the potato wedges on it. Bake in a preheated oven starting at 400 F for 20 minutes and finishing at 350 F for another 10-15 minutes or until the roasted potatoes are soft to touch. This recipe for Italian roasted potatoes serves 6 people for side dish.
