Fusilli in Lobster Cream Sauce

 

 

Ingredients:

450 gr. fusilli,
1 can (10 oz.) lobster bisque,
2/3 cup cooking cream,
1 tablespoon butter,
200 gr. asparagus spears, cut to half,
6 oz. cooked baby shrimp,
2 shallots, chopped,
1 teaspoon chopped garlic,
50 ml. dry white wine,
1 teaspoon fresh thyme,
salt and pepper to taste.


Recipe: Heat the butter in a frying pan and saute the shallots and garlic. Add the asparagus and baby shrimp, and deglaze with the white wine. Add the lobster bisque, cooking cream and fresh thyme and reduce the sauce to almost half. Boil the fusilli according to package instruction and toss them with the lobster - cream sauce. Season the pasta to taste and serve. This recipe serves 4.
