Mediterranean Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound pizza dough,
3 tablespoons basil pesto sauce,
1/2 cup diced roma tomatoes,
7-8 large green olives,
150 gr. crumbled feta chesse,
1 cup grated mozzarella,
sliced red onion to taste,
1 pinch dry oregano,
1 teasoon olive oil,
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour,
salt and pepper to taste

Recipe: Sprinkle the whole wheat flour on your kitchen counter and roll the pizza dough over it to the size of a medium pizza. Grease lightly a pizza pan with the olive oil and place the rolled pizza dough over it. Spread the pesto sauce over the pizza. Make sure you are using pesto with less oil in it, or just take from the bottom of the jar where it tends to be thicker. Apply evenly the other toppings and cook the pizza in a preheated oven at 400 F until the bottom is cooked to golden color and cheese is bubbly. Cooking tip: Check the saltiness of the pesto and feta cheese before you season the pizza. If they are very salty, don't use any more salt.
