Pizza Quattro Stagione

| Ingredients: 1/2 pound pizza dough, |
Recipe: Roll the pizza dough with a rolling pin over the flour to approximately 12 inch circle. Grease the pizza pan with the olive oil and put the pizza over it. Apply the pizza sauce and the toppings in the way seen in the picture. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for about 12 minutes. For the last 5 minutes of cooking remove the pizza pan from under the pizza, and cook it directly on the oven rack, so the bottom becomes a little crispy. Cooking tip: The artichoke can be substituted with sliced pickles. Quattro Stagione means Four Seasons, so you can use a lot of other ingredients according to your taste. |
