Roasted Garlic Pizza

 

Ingredients:

400 gr. pizza dough,
3 ounce cream cheese,
4 ounce shitake mushrooms,
4 slices of prosciutto, diced,
6 cloves garlic,
1/2 cup grated mozzarella,
1 teaspoon fresh thyme,
1 ounce cooking cream,
salt and pepper to taste


Recipe: Roll the pizza dough to the size of a medium pizza and transfer it on a lightly greased pizza pan. Roast the garlic cloves in the oven at medium temperature until they are golden and soft. Put the cream cheese, cooking cream and roasted garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Spread the roasted garlic spread over the pizza. Top the pizza with the diced prosciutto and shitake mushrooms and sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and fresh thyme. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 400 F. Tip: The same roasted garlic sauce can be used for an easy roasted garlic Alfredo pasta.
