Pizza Siciliana
Ingredients: 10 ounce pizza dough, |
Recipe: Sprinkle the flour on your working surface and roll the pizza dough to approximately 14 inches in diameter. Grease a pizza pan with the olive oil and transfer the pizza over it. Brush the pizza with the garlic infused oil and spread the pizza sauce. Apply the rest of the ingredients evenly and bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 450 F until the crust turns golden and the bottom is crispy. You can remove the pizza pan half way through the cooking and bake the pizza directly on the oven rack in order to crispen the bottom faster. |
