Ravioli in Orange - Butter Sauce

Recipe: Bring 3 litres of water to a boil and drop the ravioli one by one, so they don't stick together. Stir them gently and boil them until they rise to the surface and 3 minutes more after that. In a large skillet, heat the butter and saute the garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the spinach, white wine and grape tomatoes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes more, until the spinach is wilted, than add the orange concentrate and table cream. Season to taste and reduce slightly. Strain the ravioli and add toss them in the sauce. With a pair of tongues, pick the spinach and put it on the bottom of the serving plates. Serve the ravioli over the wilted spinach and spoon the sauce over them.
